Slaves To The Capitalist Gang Bang

Dylan Ratigan "Money Out of Politics"

Dylan Ratigan said the following beautifully at occupy Wall Street and we could not agree more. An excellent crystallisation of what we the people want!

Transcript:
"I am here because I agree with the principals and goals reflected not only in this community but in communities across the world who know that the government is bought by special interests and wealthy individuals who are preventing us from being able to advance our society in a way that moves to greater prosperity and equality. I believe that we are in a unique position in the history of the world where we can take an age old problem, rich people and the government getting together to screw everybody over and we can intervene for the first time going back to the Pharaohs and Egyptians, using digital wave theory around a singular objective, which is to declare or awareness of the corruption of the  relationships between business and state and declare the sedation of our tolerance of that relationship. It's only by declaring that cessation of that relationship between business and state, that we can begin to have the debate we need to have about everything, from health care to education to jobs in America and that's why I'm here and that's what I believe the highest purpose for what I am doing is."

We would only substitute "we" in place of "I" in this statement. Thank you Dylan.

From The Greek Streets "Veria"

Little stories from IMF-run Greece: People in the northern Greek city of Veria re-connect disconnected electricity… and they explain why

On the 29th of September, a small group of people in the northern Greek city of Veria decided to take action and to reconnect the electricity supply in a number of houses that had been disconnected from the network. The electricity bills, it should be noted, are the government’s chosen medium of payment for the newest property tax; in a country with more than 80% home-ownership, thousands are expected to be unable to pay the tax (on top of their actual bill, of course) and to therefore face disconnection.
The group from Veria published the following text, explaining their action:
“At the present time, when citizens enjoy peace, order and security, where prudent laws and the welfare state are the rule, some citizens of Veria decided to commit a criminal act. They started reconnecting disconnected electricity supplies.
Responding to the charge-ahead of barbarity, they reconnect the electricity to families that could not afford to pay it. And electricity is a common good. This behaviour toward the citizens of our country is a criminal one; even if they led them to unemployment and impoverishment, they now convict them to a third-world-like everyday condition.
The ordinary citizens shall not bear the cost of the widespread looting by a handful of high-flying individuals, the sell-out of everything by political puppets. In this country, apart from the obligation to pay – over and over again – for thieves and crooks, we also have rights. And the most important of all is dignity.
The group reportedly opens up the electricity supply box, without the prior knowledge of its owner, re-connects the electricity and closes the box again, covering it with a sticker reading: “CITIZENS OF VERIA – Social Solidarity – We Reconnect the Electricity”.
Update:3/10/11 The troika continue to plan and action the rape of Greece and its people to save their private banks. Ireland, Portugal, Cyprus, Italy and Spain are quaking in their boots. Why do they not form a Freedom Union, separate from Europe, declare bankruptcy and a debt amnesty for their peoples daily essentials, homes etc. and commit to a mutual aid pact due to their common factors? Iceland should be part too. I am sure that the story of their rebound would then be legendary. Iceland's already is in my humble opinion. There is little doubt in my mind that continuing to allow the likes of the troika (the three headed hydra figurehead for private bankers) to hoist more un-payable debt on the people, is a road to terrible disaster, war and suffering.

Roseanne says guilty bankers should be beheaded

Comedienne and actress Roseanne Barr had a strong message for bankers who contributed to the economic crisis: Return the profits or be beheaded.

The comedienne and self-proclaimed presidential candidate appeared on the RT television program "Keiser Report" and said if she were president, she would bring back the guillotine as a form of capital punishment for the "worst of the worst of the guilty."
"I, first, would allow the guilty bankers to pay back anything over $100 million (in) personal wealth, because I believe in the maximum wealth of $100 million," Barr said. "If they're unable to live on that amount, they should go to re-education camps. And if that doesn't work, they should be beheaded."

Barr is one of several celebrities to come out in support of hundreds of protest who camped out in a lower Manhattan park as part of the "Occupy Wall Street" demonstration.
Barr announced her candidacy for president under the "Green Tea Party" ticket on NBC's Tonight Show in August. In a separate interview, Barr also said she is running for Prime Minister of Israel. In addition to bringing back the guillotine for executing bankers, Barr also said she would legalize marijuana and outlaw war if she were elected president.

American Winter "THE CLASH"

Thousands of protesters who have been camping out near Wall Street have spilled out onto the roadway, causing the Brooklyn Bridge to be shut down. At least 700 people have been arrested, including a New York Times reporter. The clash and confrontation between NYPD and thousands of protesters took place on New York’s Brooklyn Bridge.  The demonstration started by Wall Street and then protesters rallied toward the Brooklyn Bridge. When they got on the bridge, the police cordoned off both sides of the Brooklyn Bridge and started to move in on the protesters to make arrests for blocking traffic and disorderly conduct. GLOBAL REVOLUTION DAY OCTOBER 15TH

Citizens of Britain,
Anonymous senses your displeasure and witnesses the iron fist of the state being used more and more often to put down dissent before it begins. We note also the ever increasing tide of propaganda issued to justify these repressive acts. The law is no longerthe protector of the citizens, but the protector of the wealthy few from the many who have little. Justice has become yet another commodity that only the wealthy can afford.
We call for mass protests
Saturday 15th October
Will be your chance at rebellion
We call on Britain to unite and organize peacefully.
Unions, anti cuts groups, community organizations, students, atavists, citizens: You know your political system is not fit for purpose. Rally your supporters and stand together.
Together you can send a powerful message to your government:
you are the people of Britain and your voice WILL be heard.

UK living worst in Europe

The United Kingdom has been singled out as the worst place to live in Europe in a recently-published uSwitch Quality of Life Index, raising concerns that further austerity cuts could mean August’s riots were only a taste of things to come.

An opinion poll which accompanied the index found that only five per cent of respondents were still happy to live in a country that even Prime Minister David Cameron admitted had a “broken society.”  In fact, the deteriorating situation in the country has led some 46 per cent of those questioned to consider emigrating.
Perhaps more surprisingly, life in Italy and Ireland measured better in comparison despite their economic woes, while France topped the list.
The index, which weighs 16 different indicators ranging from the cost of essential goods and services to government spending on education and healthcare, compares and contrasts the overall quality of life in 10 developed European countries.
Despite higher-than-average wages in the UK, uSwitch concluded that the poor work-life balance, late retirement age and rising energy and petrol prices contributed to the dismal showing.
While the UK had been hovering on the lower rungs of the index for several years, this is the first time it has hit bottom. (Source)

Canadian Protestors call for "Victor's Justice"

Anthony J. Hall's interview with a reporter for Canada's CTV in front of the Vancouver Club on September 26, 2011. The subject of both the discussion and of the protest rally is the failure of Canadian officials to enforce domestic and international law by arresting former US Vice-President Dick Cheney. Cheney clearly fills all the criteria of a person who should have been charged under the terms of the Canadian Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act, 2000.

Prophets Of Doom

The following are 12 shocking quotes from insiders that are warning about the horrific economic crisis that is almost here....
#1 George Soros: "Financial markets are driving the world towards another Great Depression with incalculable political consequences. The authorities, particularly in Europe, have lost control of the situation."
#2 PIMCO CEO Mohammed El-Erian: "These are all signs of an institutional run on French banks. If it persists, the banks would have no choice but to delever their balance sheets in a very drastic and disorderly fashion. Retail depositors would get edgy and be tempted to follow trading and institutional clients through the exit doors. Europe would thus be thrown into a full-blown banking crisis that aggravates the sovereign debt trap, renders certain another economic recession, and significantly worsens the outlook for the global economy."
#3 Attila Szalay-Berzeviczy, global head of securities services at UniCredit SpA (Italy's largest bank): "The only remaining question is how many days the hopeless rearguard action of European governments and the European Central Bank can keep up Greece’s spirits."
#4 Stefan Homburg, the head of Germany's Institute for Public Finance: "The euro is nearing its ugly end. A collapse of monetary union now appears unavoidable."
#5 EU Parliament Member Nigel Farage: "I think the worst in the financial system is yet to come, a possible cataclysm and if that happens the gold price could go (higher) to a number that we simply cannot, at this moment, even imagine."
#6 Carl Weinberg, the chief economist at High Frequency Economics: "At this point, our base case is that Greece will default within weeks."
#7 Goldman Sachs strategist Alan Brazil: "Solving a debt problem with more debt has not solved the underlying problem. In the US, Treasury debt growth financed the US consumer but has not had enough of an impact on job growth. Can the US continue to depreciate the world’s base currency?"
#8 International Labour Organization director general Juan Somaviarecently stated that total unemployment could "increase by some 20m to a total of 40m in G20 countries" by the end of 2012.
#9 Deutsche Bank CEO Josef Ackerman: "It is an open secret that numerous European banks would not survive having to revalue sovereign debt held on the banking book at market levels."
#10 Alastair Newton, a strategist for Nomura Securities in London: "We believe that we are just about to enter a critical period for the eurozone and that the threat of some sort of break-up between now and year-end is greater than it has been at any time since the start of the crisis"
#11 Ann Barnhardt, head of Barnhardt Capital Management, Inc.: "It's over. There is no coming back from this. The only thing that can happen is a total and complete collapse of EVERYTHING we now know, and humanity starts from scratch. And if you think that this collapse is going to play out without one hell of a big hot war, you are sadly, sadly mistaken."
#12 Lakshman Achuthan of ECRI: "When I call a recession...that means that process is starting to feed on itself, which means that you can yell and scream and you can write a big check, but it's not going to stop."
