Men Need Protection Too: Activists Seek Bill In Indian Parliament

By Vicky Nanjappa: The Save Indian Family Foundation (SIFF) which has taken up the cause of Men's Rights is seeking a private bill in Parliament to enact a law for protection of men from domestic violence. The bill is being sought in the wake of a survey by the National Family Health Survey (NFHS) finding that about 1.8% or an estimated 60 lakh women have perpetrated physical violence against husbands without any provocation. However, men are more likely to be threatened and attacked by male relatives of the wife than the wife herself.
Men need protection: Rajesh Vakharia, President of SIFF informed Oneindia that in most countries, the laws against domestic violence provide protection to both men and women. Men can also seek restraining orders from courts, which restrain the abusive partner or wife from perpetrating abuse and even contacting the victim.
However, in India family violence against men is almost legal as there is no provision in any law to protect a man, who faces violence from wife or other female family members, Vakharia says. This situation is mainly due to the patriarchal thinking in the society, that men are stronger than women and they can defend themselves with physical force. It's high time India keeps pace with the rest of the world and makes the laws against domestic violence gender neutral. Men want a bill: "We are talking with a couple of MPs to submit a private member bill in the parliament to start the steps towards enacting a law for protection of men from domestic violence. It is long overdue.

J4MB's Public Challenge Of Chris Blackhurst (Evening Standard)

By Mike Buchanan: This challenge relates to the drive to increase female representation on major corporate boards. I thought it might be timely to explain why we cover this topic so frequently given – as people sometimes point out – it would appear to affect relatively few men, and well-off men at that. There are a number of reasons:
1. There is clear evidence (from longitudinal studies) that increasing female representation on boards leads to corporate financial decline. This is only to be expected. Far fewer women than men have the work ethic and professional experience and expertise for major corporate board positions, so to increase female representation better-qualified men have to be sidelined.
2. Given the opportunity, women’s in-class preferences will lead them to appoint and promote women in preference to better-qualified men. This phenomenon was well described in Steve Moxon’s The Woman Racket (2008).
3. Campaign for Merit in Business remains, to the best of my knowledge, the only organisation in the world campaigning on this issue, and we’re not in the habit of dropping initiatives we believe to be important.
4. My experience as a business executive over 30 years (1979-2010), much of it in business consultancy roles, told me that feminist narratives on the ‘glass ceiling’ and the ‘gender pay gap’ were ludicrous.

Murder Suicide Predictable, Preventable

"Men are valued only for their earning potential and it's soul destroying. ...A guy kills himself and his three year old. ...I am saying it is completely understandable. It's completely predictable. ...It's him and her and the mountain of ignorance that co-signs everything she does. ...The men are just pathetic messes that have no soul or relationship with their kids and the women are completely insane. ...The slave class are completely on point."  Russell Lindquist

Congratulation Tony Blair

By Gilad Atzmon: The Guardian reports this morning that Tony Blair is to take on a new role leading the European Council on Tolerance and Reconciliation.
This is no doubt great news. The 21st century’s greatest war criminal is called to lead the campaign against ‘extremism’ which he himself instigated. Truth be told, it only makes sense to appoint a mass murderer to such a delicate job because only a genocidal character could be intimately familiar with the nitty gritty of institutional hatred and intolerance.
The British former prime minister who launched an immoral interventionist war has been appointed as chairman of the European Council on Tolerance following his spectacular success as a Peace Envoy to the Middle East introducing reconciliation and new harmony to the entire region.

Greece Fucked By Jewish Banksters: Out Of Cash, Out Of Time, Out Of Options

By Andrew Lilico: On Friday Greece is due to pay at least a quarter of the €1.5bn shakedown due to the IMF (International Money Fraudsters) in June.  It appears that, if it has the money to cover that bill at all, it thinks it needs to hold on to it to pay internal Greek payments (public sector salaries etc).  It says it will only pay if there is an agreement with its Eurozone, IMF and ECB creditors to disburse the final €7.2bn from the previous Greek bailouts that has been argued about since February.
The creditors say they will only disburse the money if the Greek government enacts various key economic reforms and does not roll back reforms the last government agreed with the lenders and if the Greek government undertakes to run large enough budget surpluses every year in the future that Greece might have a chance of paying back the money the creditors have lent it.  The Greek government says there is no possibility of it ever paying back all the money it has been lent and the creditors need to accept that, write off some of the debt, and not insist that Greece runs large surpluses (predicated on the fantasy of paying back the debt) or cuts back on pensions or enacts other similar measures that run contrary to the Greek voters’ will (as expressed in the last election).

The TSA's 95 Percent Failure Rate + The USA Freedom Act

Stefan Molyneux: Recently, the US Department of Homeland Security decided to test the effectiveness of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) by conducting a series of undercover tests. The results were quite shocking.

Investigators were able to smuggle mock explosive and banned weapons in 67 out of 70 attempts. That's a failure rate of 95 percent!

Kitchen Manager At US School Fired For Buying Lunch For A Poor Student While London Is Looking To Fine Homeless People £1,000

By Michael Krieger: Is this the America we have become? A nation in which oligarchs and white collar criminals are allowed to destroy the economy, use bailout funds to pay themselves record bonuses and face absolutely no consequences, while the growing underclass of peasants are locked up, harassed and looted for the most minor offenses? Yes, indeed it is. We have become little more than a cowed, spineless and spiritually castrated nation.
This website has provided countless examples of how dangerously corrupt our legal system and moral code have become.

This is a fallen society, and if we don’t reverse the trend fast, it’s only going to get much more unjust and oppressive.
Today, I bring you the latest example of a kind person being severely punished for demonstrating simple humanity. From CBS News:

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Della Curry is out of work, and unashamed, after being fired by the Cherry Creek School District.
A married mother of two, Curry is the former kitchen manager at Dakota Valley Elementary School in Aurora. She lost her job on Friday after giving school lunches to students who didn’t have any money.
“I had a first grader in front of me, crying, because she doesn’t have enough money for lunch. Yes, I gave her lunch,” Curry said.
