Israeli historian Adam Raz believes that a secret plan to transfer Israel’s Arabs was behind the 1956 attack, in which Israeli soldiers shot dead 19 men, 6 women, and 23 children (some reports give the total killed as 51).

"Bring Your Rage": Feminist Brooklyn Witches To Hex Kavanaugh, Rapists And Patriarchy In Occult Ritual

By Tyler Durden: A "metaphysical boutique and occult" bookstore in Brooklyn is hosting a coven of witches on October 20 to perform a hex on brand new Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, rapists "and the patriarchy which emboldens, rewards and protects them," according to Newsweek.

Catland books posted the event to their Facebook page earlier this month, which 11,460 people are currently interested in.
Please join us for a public hex on Brett Kavanaugh, upon all rapists and the patriarchy at large which emboldens, rewards and protects them. We are embracing witchcraft's true roots as the magik of the poor, the downtrodden and disenfranchised and it's history as often the only weapon, the only means of exacting justice available to those of us who have been wronged by men just like him.

He will be the focal point, but by no means the only target, so bring your rage and and all of the axes you've got to grind.

Naomi Klein’s Patriarchal Christian Nation

By Eve Mykytyn: Naomi Klein’s piece “Donald Trump, Brett Kavanaugh and the Rule of Pampered Princelings,” is a thoughtful consideration of how the children of the moneyed classes propagate the ‘self made’ myth in which individual effort is lionized. In this fiction, government ‘interference’ is the enemy, and, as Klein points out, those with a lifetime of safety deride the frail safety net society allows to others. She notes that although these ‘princelings’ may include the less privileged in their rhetoric, they propagate social policies of low taxes and fewer regulations that primarily benefit the very rich.
Klein asks, “But what must it take to pour large parts of a fortune that came to you by accident of birth into a relentless campaign of further affirmative action for the rich?” Klein’s answer is that the rich attribute their riches to what Trump has called, ‘good genes,’ the corollary of which is that those without must have ‘bad genes’ and deserve their fate as ‘losers.’

Catastrophic Breakdown In Trust

Max and Stacy discuss the catastrophic breakdown in trust in the media caused by simply not telling the truth. A journalist from the Financial Times reveals his story of the crisis.

Finally A US Lawmaker Calls Jewish State Israel Apartheid

Hearing from constituents emboldened a member of congress to speak up against Israel’s military detention of Palestinian children. Oren Ziv ActiveStills
By Jennifer Bing: There is not much to celebrate taking place on Capitol Hill these days. Nearly two years into Donald Trump’s presidency, US advocates for Palestinian rights may be rightly discouraged from believing that any progress can be made to change the status quo of unconditional support for Israeli government policies and actions. Many issues of concern – the status of Jerusalem (and relocation of the US embassy), the rights of refugees, the blockade of Gaza and the expansion of Israeli settlements – continue to undermine any prospects for a just peace.
We continue to see progressive elected members of Congress and candidates for office shy away from criticizing US policies when it comes to Israel.
US aid to Israel continues to gain widespread Congressional support without any concern for the well-documented human rights violations committed by the Israeli military. State and federal laws have been introduced against the right to nonviolently protest the occupation of Palestine through boycotts and divestment.
But not everyone in Congress is staying silent.

Erasing History, Diplomacy, Truth And Life On Earth

By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts: One of the reasons that countries fail is that collective memory is continually destroyed as older generations pass away and are replaced by new ones who are disconnected from what came before.
Initially, the disconnect was handled by history and by discussions around family tables. For example, when I was a kid there were still grandparents whose fathers had fought for the Confederacy. They had no slaves and owned no plantations. They fought because their land was invaded by Lincoln’s armies. Today if Southern families still know the facts, they would protect their children by not telling them. Can you imagine what would happen to a child in a public school that took this position?
Frustrated by the inability of the Union Army to defeat the Army of Northern Virginia led by West Point graduate Robert E. Lee, Lincoln resorted to war criminals. Generals Sherman and Sherridan, operating under the drunken General Grant, were the first modern war criminals who conducted war against civilian women and children, their homes and food supply.

My Grandfather Nelson Mandela Fought Apartheid ~ I See The Parallels With The Jewish State Israel

Jewish 'Israel’s regime of oppression is even worse' than South African Apartheid.
By Nkosi Zwelivelile: It took an international effort to end institutionalised racism in my country – now it must happen again, for Palestinian people
My grandfather, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, would have turned 100 this year. The world is marking the centenary of his birth and celebrating his leadership in the struggle to end apartheid in South Africa. But while my country has long been free from racist minority rule, the world is not yet free of the crime of apartheid.
My grandfather Nelson Mandela fought apartheid. I see the parallels with IsraelRelatives of 12-year-old Faris Hafez al-Sarasawi at his funeral. He was killed after Israeli soldiers’ intervention in the ‘Great March of Return’ demonstrations in Gaza, October 2018.
Like Madiba and Desmond Tutu before me, I see the eerie similarities between Israel’s racial laws and policies towards Palestinians, and the architecture of apartheid in South Africa. We South Africans know apartheid when we see it. In fact, many recognise that, in some respects, Israel’s regime of oppression is even worse.

Exit King Lear As Women Claim The Centre Stage

"When is this push for female domination going to stop? I’m ashamed of my sex the way things are going. These women seem determined to emasculate men at every turn."
By Mike Buchanan, J4MB: The feminist assault on the artistic creations of men – invariably white men – continues apace, mostly at taxpayers’ expense. A piece in today’s Times, emphases ours:
The time has come when having an actress play a male Shakespeare character is no longer enough, the deputy artistic director of the Royal Shakespeare Company has said. Now, you should consider changing the character’s gender altogether — for every one, from Lear to Falstaff.
Erica Whyman said she had considered switching the genders of the protagonists in the RSC’s production of Romeo and Juliet, which has the company’s first female Mercutio.

What Will Europe's Internet Look Like After Passage Of Orwellian Directive?

'The trilogues are not held in secret because the negotiators are sure that you'll be delighted with the outcome and don't want to spoil the surprise. They're meetings where well-organised, powerful corporate lobbyists' voices are heard and the public is unable to speak.'
By Tyler Durden: Last month, members of the EU Parliament voted to advance a controversial copyright directive that contains provisions forcing tech giants to install content filters, while also setting in place a potential tax on hyperlinking.
The bill, known as Article 13, would filter everything anyone posts online and match it to a crowdsourced database of "copyrighted works" which anyone can add or change.
Another portion of the directive, Article 11, is a "link tax" that would ban a quoting more than one word from an article which links to another publication - unless you are using a platform which has paid for a linking license.

Lock Up Your Sons

'We live in a culture that hates men.'
By : “Look at this [sic] chorus of entitled white men justifying a serial rapist’s arrogated entitlement,” wrote Georgetown University professor Christine Fair, referring to Senate Republicans and the guilty-until-proven innocent Supreme Court nominee (now Justice) Brett Kavanaugh. “All of them deserve miserable deaths while feminists laugh as they take their last gasps. Bonus: we castrate their corpses and feed them to swine? Yes.”
“It is hard to read an article like this and avoid the conclusion that we live in a culture that hates women, just hates us,” spat Chloe Angyal on MSNBC, referring to the University of Virginia “rape” case. A woman Rolling Stone called “Jackie” had claimed that several members of a fraternity took turns raping her at a party. The magazine ended up paying $1.65 million to the fraternity because “Jackie” lied. But the fact that it was so easy for so many to believe the outrageous lie shows, in truth, that we live in a culture that hates men.
“But really, guess who’s perpetuating all of these kinds of actions? It’s the men in this country,” Senator Mazie Hirono(D-Hawaii) said recently. She was referring, of course, to the assault allegation against Kavanaugh. “And I just want to say to the men in this country: Just shut up and step up. Do the right thing, for a change.”
