Angelos Agathangelou: What you need to see is the park experiment. Two actors, a male and a female of similar age, are set on a busy park path and told to act like a couple. Then the female is told to act as if she is attacking the male physically. Then the roles are reversed. during each act the response of the next 100 passers by was noted. This experiment was first done in England decades ago. It has since been re-enacted on every continent and included every major religion and the results have always been virtually identical.
Virtually everyone runs to the aid of the female, virtually nobody cares what happens to the male. In the Original English experiment only one female stood at a distance and politely reprimanded the violent actress. Worse than that, 4 adult females who passed by more or less put their fists up in the air in support of the female abusing the male and one actually exclaimed "you go girl!"
