Marc G. Wathelet: What to do in Belgium about the new coronavirus epidemic that is spreading catastrophically in China? 
Having led a small team of researchers for a dozen years in the United States on human coronaviruses, and in particular on SARS-CoV, I would like to share my perspective on the particular challenge that this new coronavirus poses for the population.
The new coronavirus is now called COVID-19 by the W.H.O., and SARS-CoV-2 by virologists to emphasize its genetic proximity to SARS-CoV. The commonalities and differences between the two, the lessons that can be learned from epidemics and the comparison with the flu virus shed light on the choices to be made for public health. 
In addition, both the SARS epidemic and that caused in 2012 by another similar coronavirus, MERS-CoV, led only to a limited number of infected individuals and fatalities: SARS-CoV, 8,098 probable cases and 774 fatalities (9.6%); MERS-CoV, 2,492 probable cases and 858 fatalities (34.4%). In comparison, the influenza virus infects tens of millions each year and causes tens of thousands of fatalities worldwide (death rate ~ 0.1%).

By Mark Dent: Yesterday the Australian senate voted to condemn hero Bettina Arndt for her comments about the murder of Brisbane mother, Hannah Clarke and her three children.
The vote was 55 to 2 in favour of the motion.
Bettina Arndt wrote an article in which she supported the comments of a police officer who said: ‘he might have been driven too far” (referring to the killer) as a possible finding once the investigation into the horrific murder took place. 
Speaking on the motion she moved with Penny Wong, Kristina Keneally said “Bettina Arndt’s comments are not reflective of the values that underpin the Order of Australia”.
“There is nothing plain and simple about using your position with an Order of Australia to spread comments that could be seen to be inciting violence that could seem to be condoning violence,” Senator Keneally said.
The motion stated Arndt has the potential to bring the Order of Australia “into disrepute”, labels her comments “reckless and abhorrent”, and that “the values that underpin Ms Arndt’s views on this horrific family violence incident are not consistent with her retaining her Order of Australia”.

5G And The Coronavirus

Also, this information has come to me.  Don’t be turned off by the woman in the video.  She is well informed about 5G.  She is mistaken if she believes that the virus is just a coverup story and there is only 5G.

– Switzerland and Israel have recently banned 5G technology due to health impact concerns.
– 5G service was launched in Wuhan / Hubei Province on October 31, 2019

By Alison Weir: On February 24th, the Washington Post reported that a “flare up” of violence in Israel-Palestine “followed weeks of relative quiet.” This statement ignores massive Israeli violence against Palestinians. The following is a partial list of Israeli actions against Palestinians during the previous three and a half weeks:

• Israeli soldiers Shot and killed 4 Palestinian civilians, including a 19-year-old shot in the neck, a 17-year-old shot in the head, and a 24-year-old policeman shot in the stomach.
• Israeli soldiers shot an additional 100 Palestinians, including 15 minors, 3 fishermen, 3 journalists, and a photographer working for an Israeli human rights organization. One of the injured minors was a 9-year-old whose eye was shot out.

Coronavirus Reappearing Weeks Later In Discharged Patients

'Reinfection may be deadlier than the initial infection in some patients, causing sudden death from heart failure in several instances.'

By Tyler Durden: An alarming number of coronavirus patients in China and around the world are testing positive after 'recovering' and being discharged from the hospital - with the disease reappearing weeks later in some cases, according to Reuters.
On Wednesday, Japan's Osaka prefectural government revealed that a female tour-bus guide had tested positive for coronavirus for a second time - which comes on the heels of Chinese reports that discharged patients throughout the country were testing positive after their release from the hospital.
That said, China's National Health Commission said on Friday that reinfected patients were not transmitting the disease to others. The two running theories is that COVID-19 is "biphasic" and lies dormant before reappearing, or that patients are not building sufficient antibodies to fight a new infection.
