A “currency” is a means of exchange or the quality of being generally accepted. An elision of these interpretations is my meaning here.

In The Destructivists I explain how a manipulated moral standing can be used as a power trading currency within a triumvirate of elite power centres (the Woke Industrial Complex). Whilst other forms of power are indisputable – such as control of police forces, the ability to create laws, access to large amounts of cash, or control of the media – you might feel in contrast that “moral standing” is a rather nebulous commodity. Can moral standing really be traded effectively as a “currency” like those other forms of power?

In this post I expand upon how moral currencies are, in practice, manifest in very concrete terms. These examples serve to illustrate how hyper-elite players – those who stand to gain power as a result – coercively manage the adoption of these “moral currencies”.

By Michael Snyder: Is it already too late to prevent this new monkeypox outbreak from spreading all over the globe?  Cases have now been confirmed in the UK, Spain, Portugal and the United States.  A few days ago I warned that this outbreak could potentially develop into something big, and that appears to be precisely what is happening.  If you are not familiar with monkeypox, it is being described as a “smallpox-like virus” that produces some really nasty symptoms.  In particular, the fluid-filled blisters that it produces all over the body can cause victims to look pretty horrifying.  The good news is that monkeypox is not nearly as deadly as smallpox.  The death rate for smallpox in humans can be as high as 30 percent, but the death rate for monkeypox is usually far lower.

But has monkeypox now mutated into a dangerous new form?

The 4th Psychological Operations Group, also known as PSYOPS, defines itself as “Masters of Influence” and practitioners of “information warfare,” according to its website. That means the mere act of people debating its video is a sign of success.

In a war, operations are supposed to be directed at the enemy, but the video that I just watched basically admits that they are running psychological operations against everyone.

By Jonathan Cook: The local authority election results earlier this month in the UK were as bleak as expected for Boris Johnson’s government, with the electorate ready to punish the ruling party both for its glaring corruption and rocketing high-street prices.

A few weeks earlier, the police fined Johnson – the first of several such penalties he is expected to receive – for attending a series of parties that broke the very lockdown rules his own government set. And the election took place as news broke that the UK would soon face recession and the highest inflation rate for decades.

In the circumstances, one might have assumed the opposition Labour Party under Keir Starmer would romp home, riding a wave of popular anger. But in reality, Starmer’s party fared little better than Johnson’s. Outside London, Labour was described as “treading water” across much of England.

We’re Just A Confused Species In An Awkward Transition Phase

Our giant brains evolved faster than we could adjust to, and now we’re these scared little apex predators stumbling around the earth with massive prefrontal cortices overlaying a bunch of deep primordial conditioning. A rapidly developed capacity for language and abstract thought strapped on top of a fear response that our distant evolutionary ancestors developed to help them run away from long-extinct monsters with big sharp teeth.

This sudden change has left us in a transition stage where we haven’t yet gotten the hang of the immense power which now erupts from within our skulls and gives us the ability to shape our world to our will. Like how the ancient mammalian ancestors of whales probably looked awkward when they first began reentering the sea, before they got the hang of swimming and their nostrils moved to a location more conducive to breathing in the water.

It’s left us at this weird, uncomfortable stage where we have the intelligence to do amazing things, but haven’t yet developed the wisdom to use this newfound capacity in a harmonious way.

More Cases Of The Monkeypox Confirmed As This Sickening Plague Continues To Spread Among UK Gays

By Michael Snyder: It is just 24 hours later, and the number of confirmed cases in the UK has more than doubled.  I told you that I would be keeping an eye on this story, and there have been some alarming new developments.  When I wrote about the monkeypox outbreak in the UK yesterday [story below], there were three confirmed cases. Now there are seven, and authorities can’t explain why it is spreading. This is a disease that is not supposed to spread from person to person easily, but apparently some human to human transmission has been happening in these new cases.

According to UK authorities, the four new confirmed cases are all “gay or bisexual men” and none of them have recently been to Africa…

Four more people have been diagnosed with monkeypox in the UK, bringing the total number of cases in the latest outbreak to seven.
