Texas Attorney General Sues Pfizer “Misrepresenting COVID 19 Vaccine Efficacy Conspiring To Censor Public Discourse”

Paxton Takes on Pfizer Over COVID Vaccine

• Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Thursday that the state is suing Pfizer for “misrepresenting COVID-19 vaccine efficacy and conspiring to censor public discourse.” Sydnie Henry has the story.
    
• “We are pursuing justice for the people of Texas, many of whom were coerced by tyrannical vaccine mandates to take a defective product sold by lies,” said Paxton. 
       

• Paxton argues that Pfizer’s claim that the COVID-19 vaccine was 95 percent effective against infection was “highly misleading.” That's because clinical trials failed to measure the product's effectiveness in that manner.
      

• The lawsuit also charges that Pfizer engaged in a conspiracy to silence dissent by coordinating with social media companies to remove "truth-tellers" from their platforms.

It gave people an opportunity to grieve and to check on their families and friends.

After the initial four days of the truce was over, there were announcements that it was being extended one day at a time. It was as if the Israeli occupation was giving Gaza’s people an opportunity to escape death for a few moments or a few hours.

During the truce, we were very happy not to hear the sounds of successive explosions.

We were able to leave our homes without the fear of being hit by missiles.

We had great hope that the truce would turn into a permanent ceasefire.

The week of the truce ended abruptly.
