Parental Alienation v Best Interests Of Children v The Law

StudioBrule: A one-on-one interview with Dr. Edward Kruk from the School of Social Work at the University of British Columbia. Professor Kruk is author of "The Equal Parent Presumption: Social Justice in the Legal Determination of Parenting after Divorce. " Kruk is a strong proponent of a presumption of equal shared parenting in family law, and is critical of judicial discretion in removing parents from the lives of their children.

This Interview was conducted in Toronto, Canada on March 23, 2014, two days after Dr. Kruk delivered a lecture at the University of Toronto sponsored by the Canadian Association For Equality.
