Brace For A Decade Of Pain, Warns Britain's IFS

"This decade looks set to be the worst decade for growth in household incomes on record. No amount of temporary cost of living packages will fix that. We need a stronger economy."

By Tyler Durden: The Institute for Fiscal Studies says Britain is on course for the weakest decade for household income growth on record after Chancellor John Healey's first Budget, which the think tank judged unable to change the country's economic path. The IFS published its response on Oct. 28, a day before director Helen Miller took questions at a webinar.

The Telegraph reported that the IFS expects a typical family's disposable income to rise by an average of just 2% over the 2020s, the worst growth in records going back to the 1950s. The IFS called Healey's package "unhelpful fiddling," the paper said. Miller put it this way:

"This decade looks set to be the worst decade for growth in household incomes on record. No amount of temporary cost of living packages will fix that. We need a stronger economy."

Prison Time For Discussing The Great Replacement!

Traitorous French Lawmakers Push For Draconian New Law

Penalties would be aggravated for elected officials or candidates, resulting in up to three years’ imprisonment and a €75,000 fine...

Authored by Remix News Staff: In the aftermath of a deadly shooting in Trappes, the left, including the mayor of Trappes, is pushing to criminalize discussions of demographic change, the "Great Replacement" theory, or "remigration." If they succeed, French people and politicians could face up to three years in prison for describing the Great Replacement.

Critics, including Reconquête party leader Éric Zemmour and others, call the measures an authoritarian assault on free expression that seeks to ban observation of well-documented population shifts rather than conspiracy theories alone.

The left is trying to capitalize on a shooting from Oct. 23, 2026, in Trappes and nearby La Verrière. Kevin T. killed Pengo Bossio Wangi and wounded seven others, reportedly targeting people of Muslim, African, or North African appearance. He told investigators he could no longer stand being "invaded."

COVID-Dissident Doctor Arrested For "Insulting" Berlin Mayor

A German doctor who rose to prominence for his criticism of Covid measures has been arrested in Berlin for "insulting" Berlin's Mayor over his links to a convicted paedophile drag queen...

Authored by John Rosenthal: A German doctor who rose to prominence during the Covid period for his criticism of the Covid-response measures has been arrested in Berlin in connection with "insults" of Berlin's outgoing Mayor Kai Wegner. Paul Brandenburg, who has several social media channels and a podcast, has previously been the target of numerous other German speech-crime investigations and charges. Although a native Berliner, he presently lives in Switzerland. He was arrested at Berlin's Willy Brandt airport last Wednesday in the company of his 10 year-old child. According to his lawyer Markus Haintz, he was travelling with the child, who still lives in Berlin.

"Insults" are a crime under Section 185 of the German Criminal Code. Under Section 188 of the Criminal Code, Germany's so-called lèse-majesté law, public officials like Wegner enjoy heightened protection against "insults" as well as against "malicious gossip" and defamation, which is treated as a crime not a tort.
