How UK Supports Undercover Imperialistic Attack on Mali

UK and Europe Banned Press TV: French war planes started bombing Mali last Friday and by Monday Britain had sent two RAF aircraft to help.

The government has confirmed that a "small detachment of technical personnel" are already in Mali to "operate and if necessary defend" the aircraft.

France says it has no desire to act alone in Mali and has called an emergency EU meeting this week.

In Britain, ministers have confirmed they are committed to supporting an EU mission that would put up to 500 European troops into Mali within weeks. British Prime Minister David Cameron has also approved to deploy aircraft to help transport troopers.

But Military Chiefs have warned Cameron to avoid an escalation of war in Mali. They are said to have raised the concerns at Tuesday's National Security Council meeting.

Following three days of French air strikes, Ta-u- reg fighters have launched a counter-offensive proving they are far from defeated. France has now deployed troops on the ground. Source
