Palestine Raises JSIL Occupation At UN + JSIL Committed War Crimes In Gaza - Amnesty + JSIL, Palestinian Worshippers Clash, Al-Aqsa Mosque

The Palestinians will submit a draft resolution to the United Nations Security Council later this month, calling for an end date for the JSIL regime’s occupation.
Orwellian UK BANNED Press TV: The text, which has already been circulated to the 15 members of the Security Council, is widely expected to be vetoed by the United States, a close ally of the Zionist regime.
The draft reportedly sets 2016 as the date for a full Israeli withdrawal from the Palestinian territories.
The Palestinians say if Washington does wield its veto, they will seek membership in the International Criminal Court, where they would be able to file charges against the Israeli officials over war crimes committed in the occupied territories.
The Palestinians are pushing forward with the resolution despite the US’s intense pressure on them to halt the action.
On November 29, 2012, the 193-member UN General Assembly voted to upgrade Palestine’s status to non-member observer state.
The observer state status grants Palestinians access to UN agencies and the International Criminal Court (ICC), where they can file formal complaints against the Israeli regime.

Palestinians are seeking to create an independent state on the territories of the West Bank, East al-Quds (Jerusalem), and the besieged Gaza Strip and are demanding that Israel withdraw from the occupied Palestinian territories.
Tel Aviv, however, has refused to return to the 1967 borders and is unwilling to discuss the issue of al-Quds.

JSIL Committed War Crimes In Gaza - Amnesty International
The Israeli military's killing of hundreds of Palestinian civilians during its summer 2014 military aggression against the Gaza Strip amounts to war crimes, Amnesty International says.

Orwellian UK BANNED Press TV:  "It appears that the attacks directly and deliberately targeted civilians or civilian objects, which would constitute war crimes," the London-based rights group said in a new report on Wednesday.
It said it has examined eight cases in which Israeli airstrikes targeted homes in Gaza “without warning.”
“Israeli forces have brazenly flouted the laws of war by carrying out a series of attacks on civilian homes, displaying callous indifference to the carnage caused,” Philip Luther, Director of the Middle East and North Africa Program at Amnesty International, said.

“The report exposes a pattern of attacks on civilian homes by Israeli (JSIL) forces which have shown a shocking disregard for the lives of Palestinian civilians, who were given no warning and had no chance to flee,” he added.
The report has found that in all of these cases, there was either no military objective or the civilian toll was out of all proportion to any military action.
Amnesty claimed that Palestinian resistance movement Hamas fighters used civilian facilities to respond to Israel's attacks.
It emphasized that regardless of the intended targets, these attacks should have been avoided.
“Given the failure of Israeli and Palestinian authorities to independently and impartially investigate allegations of war crimes, it is imperative that the international community support the involvement of the International Criminal Court (ICC),” the rights group said.
Israel launched a 50-day war on the Gaza Strip in early July. About 2,140 Palestinians, mostly civilians, including women, children and elderly people, were killed in the Israeli onslaught. Around 11,000 others were injured. Tens of Israeli soldiers were also killed by the Palestinian resistance retaliatory attacks.

JSIL, Palestinian Worshippers Clash In Al-Aqsa Mosque
Fresh clashes have erupted between JSIL (Israeli) forces and Palestinian worshippers after JSIL land thieves entered the al-Aqsa Mosque in East al-Quds (Jerusalem) in the occupied West Bank.
Orwellian UK BANNED Press TV: At least 20 people were reportedly injured in clashes on Wednesday after the Israeli forces fired plastic bullets and tear gas and threw grenades at the Palestinian worshippers in the al-Aqsa Mosque compound to disperse them.
Israeli forces set up barriers in front of all of the compound’s gates to prevent Palestinian worshippers from entering the mosque.
The mosque, widely revered by Muslims, has been the scene of clashes between Palestinians and Israeli settlers and troops in recent weeks.
Palestinians say Tel Aviv is planning to change the status quo and Judaize al-Quds.
The al-Aqsa Mosque compound, located in the Israeli-occupied Old City of al-Quds, is a flashpoint holy Islamic site. The location of the compound, known to Jews as the Temple Mount, is the holiest site in Judaism. The mosque is Islam’s third holiest after Masjid al-Haram in Mecca and Masjid al-Nabawi in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
