I am quickly going off the idea of it being OK for adults to do it, keeping in mind the recent developments in the understanding of the psychology involved in the field of sex changes. I agree with the personal freedom of adults, but I would recommend a long course in psychotherapy by non-religious practitioners first. After that, go ahead, nail your proverbial consenting adult balls to the table for all I care.
