RN: At a meeting of the council of legislators, Russian President Vladimir Putin made a statement regarding Russia's internal security in connection with its ongoing special military operation in Ukraine. Putin said, quote: If someone intends to intervene in the ongoing events from the outside, and creates unacceptable strategic threats for Russia, they should know that our retaliatory and counter strikes will be lightning fast. We have all the tools for this, such that no one can boast now. And we won't brag. We will use them if needed.
