RN: Speech by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a press conference on the cancellation of Lavrov's visit to Serbia to meet with President of Serbia Aleksander Vucic. Three countries - Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Montenegro - have declared that they do not allow Russian government aircraft to fly over their territory. Because of this, Lavrov's visit to Serbia was cancelled.
