RN: Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke at the "BRICS Plus" meeting. Theses: Attempts to restrain the development of states that are not ready to live by the rules invented by the West, the reckless use of illegitimate sanctions tools, multiplied by the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic, all this only exacerbated the crisis in the global economy. Global trade is mired in disputes, the resolution of which is less and less taken into account the rules and principles of the WTO. The entire international monetary and financial system is being shaken. Industrial, logistical and investment ties are torn. A serious socio-economic effect, especially for the development of the countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East, has a rapid rise in prices for food, energy and raw materials.
