The West declared Russia guilty of organizing the world food crisis, allegedly, Russia is preventing the export of wheat from Ukraine, as well as raising prices for mineral fertilizers. High gas and oil prices are also the causes of the looming energy and food crisis. Putin explained why the West's accusations are inappropriate.
