Sandman: So Jason Sudeikis put in a custody complaint against his ex Olivia Wilde because she took the kids off to London where she now lives with her bad boy rocker Harry Styles. A judge in Commiefornia dismissed the complaint. She's also complaining that he aggressively served her divorce papers. Does that mean she was almost handed papers violently or something? Olivia Wilde wants their children Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5, in Los Angeles and potentially London, where her boyfriend lives. But Sudeikis, 46, wants them with him in Brooklyn. While promoting her new film Dont Worry Darling, Wilde was furious after being served legal papers at CinemaCon in Las Vegas in April. After being served on stage she said Sudeikis was aggressively embarrassing and threating her. She went as a far as to say that he utilized unfair legal tactics, and Jasons actions were evidently intended to threatened and catch her off guard and were disrespectful to the children.
She said this and I quote: "The fact that Jason would embarrass me professionally and expose my personal conflict in this manner is extremely contrary to our children's best interests". Jason had to file a lawsuit because otherwise he won't be able to see his kids. He never knew how the company that serves the papers would deliver them. Clearly he's not passing the shit test. They had agreed that they would send their kids to school in LA for a year. But they got in a disagreement and he wanted the kids with him in Brooklyn which had always been their primary residence. I think he was caught offguard and agreed to something he didn't understand. That when a woman divorces you she quite often takes the kids away as far as possible to create alienation between yourself and them. Sadeikis said that she was trying to trick him and that's why he filed the lawsuit. She told him that if he didn't live full-time in LA she would only let him see them on weekends and during their vactions. She also said she was going to relocate them to London in 2023. Probably to be with her new boy toy who's 10 years younger than her. Sadeikis is taking a year off from work and wants to spend that time with them in Brooklyn but Olivia is working right now as a film-maker. She said the kids had not lived in LA for the longest time and I think he got pissed off when she said she was going to relocate them to London. So I can understand why he was upset. He also said this about her being served court papers in the middle of a speech. “I understand that the process server had only done her job; however, I deeply regret what happened. Olivia’s talk was an important event for Olivia, both professionally and personally, and I am very, very sorry that the incident marred her special moment,”. But I don't think he should apologize. It's not his fault that she was served those papers so aggressively. Her entourage probably kept the document servers away from her. There was probably no other way. She knew it was coming and was trying to delay it indefinitely by stalling things.
