Russia Resumed Its Participation In The Black Sea Grain Deal

"Everyone knows that Ukraine used this humanitarian grain corridor to attempt to strike at the Russian Black sea fleet and in this regard we have decided to suspend our participation in these convoys. ...If Ukraine breaks the agreement again, we reserve the right to withdraw from the agreement and we [RUSSIA] will be ready to deliver the entire volume of grain to the poorest countries FREE OF CHARGE." -Vladimir Putin.

RN: Russia reserves the right to withdraw from the grain deal if the guarantees from Ukraine are violated! Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the resumption of Russia's participation in the grain deal. Let me remind you that recently several drones from Ukraine attacked Russian warships in the Black Sea. As a result, Russia temporarily suspended its participation in the grain deal. Several parties are involved in organizing this deal: Russia, Ukraine, Turkey represented by its President Erdogan and the United Nations. Theses: Everyone knows, unfortunately, that Ukraine used this humanitarian corridor in the Black Sea to attempt to strike at the Russian Black Sea Fleet. And in this regard, Russia decided to suspend our participation in these grain convoys. Russia demanded assurances and guarantees from the Ukrainian side that nothing like this would happen in the future, that humanitarian corridors would not be used for military purposes. Turkish partners acted as mediators in clarifying this situation. And, through the Ministry of Defense, Russia received information from the Turkish side that such assurances had been given by Ukraine that these humanitarian corridors would not be used for military purposes.
