RN: The Minsk agreements were simply a falsification of the West! The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, at a regular briefing, announced that Russia had received irrefutable evidence that the West started the war in Ukraine! This evidence was reported by former German Chancellor Angela Merkel in her recent interview with the Zeit newspaper on December 7, 2022. Merkel admitted that the West and Ukraine were not going to implement the Minsk agreements of 2014 in order to give Ukraine time to pump Western weapons into the Kyiv regime.
