2nacheki: Finland will not give any development aid to African governments and countries that support their good friend Russia, according to the program of Finland’s new government, Foreign Trade, and Development Minister Ville Tavio announced.
In that case Africa won't let Finland take 10 times the resources that they give, as is usual with all western countries!
