of the shocking -- shockingly good, that is — treatment hostages
captured and held by Hamas after the October 7 attacks on Israel has
been growing with each released captive. "Why does the Israel government forbid these people to talk to the press?"
Jimmy Dore: Most recently Hamas released a letter written by 44-year-old Israeli Danielle Aloni thanking her captors for their kind treatment of both her and her young daughter. Some have criticized the letter as coerced but Aloni has not publicly disavowed any of the letter’s contents. Jimmy and Kurt Metzger discuss the contrast between Israeli captives’ description of their treatment at Hamas’ hands with what Palestinians imprisoned by Israel have said about how they were treated.
