We Love Africa: Legal teams from Israel and South Africa are gearing up for the upcoming genocide case at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Israel will appear before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Hague to contest South Africa's genocide accusations over the war with Hamas in Gaza, South Africa asked the International Court of Justice on the (29th of December 2023) for an urgent order declaring that Israel was in breach of its obligations under the 1948 Genocide Convention in its crackdown against Hamas.
