When South Africa took Israel to the International Court of Justice ICJ, Germany unexpectedly stepped into the matter, voicing its opinion on the case it is not a part of. Without presenting any evidence or a counter-argument, Germany declared Israel innocent. And Namibia could not remain silent on this.
