Sasha: UK Inflation increased to 4.2% in July with major inflationary pressures on non-discretionary items like food, energy, and utilities.
The inflation problem is getting worse but it's not caused by excess demand which means the Bank of England has limited power to do much about it.
How bad is this inflation crisis going to get and where will this leave the UK economy?
