RN: Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the participants of the plenary session of the 10th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum with a video greeting. The main topic of this year's meeting is "Law in a Multipolar World". The appeal was recorded during a recent working trip of the head of state to St. Petersburg.
Theses: Some states are not ready to accept the loss of dominance on the world stage. They seek to preserve the unfair unipolar model. Under the guise of so-called rule-based order and other dubious concepts, they are trying to control and direct global processes at their discretion. They are pursuing a policy of creating closed blocs and coalitions that make decisions that are beneficial to only one country - the United States of America.
