Esther Vilar was spat on, shouted down, sued, picketed, threatened with bombs and asked to leave the country by second wave English feminists...
By Peter Wright: When Esther Vilar published her book The Manipulated Man she was beaten up by four young women in the toilet of the Munich State Library who were angry about her perspectives.1
According to her own statement, her emigration from Germany goes back to this. The following account detailing her ongoing experience of violence by feminists was published in the San Rafael Daily Independent Journal Newspaper in 1973.2

Angelos Agathangelou: You didn't know that there have already been three militant feminist waves, the bombers, white feather shamers and ultra racist white nationalists of the first wave, the bomb threateners, family pet murderers and spit drenchers of the second wave and the more recent radical feminist, man hating, pussy hat wearing brigade who you may think are the ones giving feminists a bad name, but who are in fact mild by comparison to the feminist terrorists of the first two waves?
Needless to say that our extremely highly esteemed fellow men's human rights advocate [MHRA] Esther Vilar’s book 'The Manipulated Man' should be required reading for secondary school children. I am a proud owner of a copy and I cannot recommend it highly enough, especially to all men and boys.
